At TableclothsFactory, we want you to be fully satisfied with your event decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in sellable condition; please include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method with tracking enabled.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
